After you book, you’ll receive a short intake form so I can get a sense of your business, website, offers, and what feels off.
You do not need to organize everything perfectly before we meet. Bring your website, your current offers, your notes, your questions, or simply the sense that something is not fitting anymore.
What if I’m not sure what’s actually wrong?
That’s exactly what this session is for.
You may not know whether the issue is your messaging, your offer, your website structure, your visuals, or the way everything is connected. We’ll sort through what feels off together and identify what needs your attention first.
Is this just a website audit?
No. A website audit usually looks at what is or isn’t working on the site itself.
The Untangle Session looks at the bigger picture: your offers, messaging, website structure, page flow, and whether your online presence reflects the business you have now.
Will you rewrite my copy during the session?
No. This is a clarity and strategy session, not a copywriting session.
We may identify what your copy needs to communicate more clearly, which pages need attention, and where your messaging feels out of sync, but the session does not include rewriting your website copy.
What happens after the session?
After our call, you’ll receive a prioritized next-step plan so you know what to refine first, what can wait, and what does not need to be rebuilt.
From there, you can make the updates yourself, bring the plan to your designer or copywriter, or talk with me about additional support if that makes sense.
